What If…? S02 E09 - What if… Strange Supreme Intervened?

BRIeF…

Since we had the tavern set from Episode 8, we were asked to do the beginning tavern sequence for this episode. I only did 2 shots which are carter and strange talking about being stuck in 1602 and a shot of just carter laughing.

What worked?

What helped the most with the shot of them talking was recording reference as that shot was around 10 seconds long.

What didn’t worked?

I wanted to add more subtle accents on certain beats they say but this ended up being too distracting and I was told to remove some of those accents.

What to improve?

Some things I noticed when looking at the shot rendered was both of them would stop as if hitting a wall. This is something that was not noticeable on the playblast but is on the render. This is something I will improved on by adding more ease in and ease out as a character stops.
